Sunday Mornings at Oakwood...
Our Sunday morning gatherings start at 10.30am, focussing on sung praise & worship, prayer, the bible & a genuine sense of togetherness as a church family. There are no reserved seats, you should feel free to sit wherever you feel comfortable.
On the first Sunday of the month, the children remain in the service, which we endeavor to shape in a more family-friendly manner.
The remaining Sundays of the month currently follow a different format. Following a time of sung praise & worship, testimony & encouragement, we then have a short time of fellowship together over coffee or tea.
At this time the children go into their various age-appropriate groups. We then continue with the preaching of God’s Word & a time of response.

Getting to know people
Refreshments are served mid-way through the service - except the first Sunday of the month when refreshements follow the conclusion of the service - providing a great opportunity to get to know people better!
Directions & Parking
Our main Sunday gatherings are held at our main building - Oakwood Church, Obridge Road, Taunton, TA2 7PU. We have some car parking on site, with the remainder of parking available on surrounding residential streets.
Disability Access
Oakwood has good disabled access to the building. We also have a hearing loop system and disabled access toilets.
